Catherine Newcombe has over 25 years of practical experience within the NHS, Private Sector and in the Community. She has extensive experience in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care and was the Senior Sister of a Neurosurgical ward for six years.
Sue Williams RGN
Sue Williams, RGN, is an experienced rehabilitation nurse andwas a member of the 2002 research team in a ‘Back in Work’ research study, jointly funded by the Health and Safety Executive and the Department of Health, to investigate the effectiveness of interventions in helping return patients to work. Sue has also been involved in the production of national Standards of Care for patients with back pain and soft-tissue conditions.

René Bester has a wide range of occupational therapy experience with disabilities such as traumatic brain injury, spinal injuries, whiplash injuries, complicated fractures i.e. compound fractures, joint injuries, heart conditions, amputations, back conditions, depression and chronic pain syndrome.
Philippa Feltham-White MSc Dip COT SROT
Philippa Feltham-White has a wide range of experience and has gained specialist skills in neurological rehabilitation. She has gained specialist skills in cognitive assessments for brain injured adults and has been approved by the British Psychological Society to administer tests appropriate for Occupational Therapists.
Rosie Fielden BSc OT (Hons) PGC
Rosie Fielden is experienced in working with people with acquired brain injury. Her interdisciplinary goal planning approach helps people with brain injuries and their families achieve agreed rehabilitation goals.
Anne Harris MSc Dip COT SROT
Anne Harris specialises in long term, complex disabilities. Anne is involved in preparing reports on the needs of children and adults with a wide variety of disabilities, including cerebral palsy, head injury, challenging behaviour and learning disabilities, spinal cord injury and orthopaedic injuries to upper and lower limbs and back.
Linda Morris Dip COT SROT
Linda Morris special area of expertise is neurological and neurosurgical conditions, and she has maintained a special interest in the psychological aspects and effects of physical disability, issues of loss and bereavement.
Alicia O’Brien Dip COT SROT MBA
Alicia O’Brien has been involved in assessing claims for Long Term Care and Total and Permanent Disability, preparing reports and making recommendations for rehabilitation, care, equipment and alterations to the home. Tina has a longstanding interest in wheelchairs and tissue viability and more recently in the ageing process and cognitive impairment. Throughout her career, she has always had an interest in management and recently gained a Masters in Business Administration.
Hazel Tuckfield MScOT Dip COT SROT
Hazel Tuckfield has extensive experience in case work as a Social Services occupational therapist. Her work involved the assessment of adults and children with a variety of disabilities within their home environment, this included the recommendation for specialised equipment and adaptation to property. Her special interests have focused on children with complex needs as a result of neurological disorders and other childhood disabilities.

Catherine Harker, LCST, has worked as a member of a multi disciplinary team with professionals from education and health services. She has trained students on clinical placements, given talks and presentations as required and supported junior staff. Catherine has a keen interest in supporting children with disabilities in schools.

Mandy Kay has been involved in service development, support of junior staff, training initiatives, provision of clinical placements and advice on alternative and augmentative communication systems.
